NEW FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE
The standard insurance amount currently is $250,000 per depositor. The $250,000 limit is permanent for IRAs and other certain retirement accounts. The $250,000 limit is temporary for all other deposit accounts through December 31, 2013. On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to $100,000 per depositor for all account categories except IRAs and other certain retirement accounts, which will remain at $250,000 per depositor.

VISA cardholders are able to do transactions not requiring a PIN that are supported and routed through a PIN network. The networks that support PINless transactions for First National Bank of Chrisman are NYCE and Pulse.
PINless debit on a PIN-Debit Network
PINless debit transactions are not covered by the provisions of the VISA cardholder agreement since these are non-VISA transaction.
An example of a PINless debit would be a bill payment transaction; in initiating payment directly with the biller, your identity is verified using known information instead of the use of a PIN.
PINless debit on the VISA Network
To initiate a PIN less debit transaction that is routed via VISA, you may take action such as signing a receipt, providing your debit card number over the phone or via the internet, or swiping your card through a point-of-sale terminal.
